Sunday morning worship at Crosspoint features contemporary music played by our live praise band. The songs are lively, and the hope is that they help bring you into a time of worship with our Lord and Saviour. The songs are mainly ones you might hear on radio stations such as 95.5 the Fish, or through other similar music apps. A main goal of worship is for people to enter a time where they feel and experience the presence of God in a new and powerful way.
We offer coffee and other drinks in a time of socializing and gathering together before worship starts which allows people to catch up with each other. If you are our guest, this will allow us to start to get to know you as well.
We offer Holy Communion during worship the first Sunday of the month. As United Methodists, we offer an open table, meaning anyone is able to partake in communion, meaning there are not required classes or checklists to complete to participate.
Come as you are! We do not have expectations on what clothing to wear. If you feel comfortable dressing up, that is fine. Many people wear shorts in warmer weather or jeans. Do not worry about not knowing what to say, or what to do. Our worship is relaxed and informal, and our praise band leader or our pastor will lead you in what will take place during the service.
We offer a Sunday morning Women's Small group, which is meeting in our Youth Room at 9:15 am. We also offer separate activities for children who may be too young to remain in the full worship service. We offer other small groups during the week.
Our worship service is approximately an hour in duration, but is led by the Holy Spirit, so it may be a little shorter, or a little longer...
The sermons are meant to give you something to take home to discuss with your family and to help you grow as a follower of Jesus Christ.
Our middle and high school youth group meets on Sunday evenings at 7:00 pm.
God truly is doing a new thing at Crosspoint! We hope you will join us, and we can see what this new thing is together!
We hope you will come as you are, but to leave as something new!
