The Point

We often do things in life out of habit or routine.  We have a morning routine, a dinner routine, a work routine, a driving routine and soon many will get back to a school routine.  We follow these routines without even thinking.  We just do them, because we have always done them.  We many not even know why a habit or routine got started, but we continue to follow it.  The same thing can happen with our spiritual life.  We can fall into a habit or routine with worship or prayer or reading the Bible and we forget why we are doing what we do.  We just worship or pray because we always have, but why?  What is the point of our spiritual habits and routines?  How do they help us grow closer to God and others?  Over the next few weeks we will remind ourselves why we do what we do.  Join us as we remember The Point.
