Small Groups are Just Getting Started

Looking for a way to grow closer to Jesus and other people?  A small group is a great way to do both.  Small Groups are groups of people who meet on a weekly basis to study the Bible, discuss a topic or read a book.  Time is also spent each week praying together and sharing what is happening in our daily lives.  There are a variety of groups, times and locations to choose from.  Look for the Small Group Flyer on the Information Table and sign up for the group that fits your schedule best. Most of our groups will begin the week of September 9th, but there is still time to find a group that fits your schedule.

Praise in the Park

The Last free Community Praise and Worship Service is Wednesday, September 26, from 7:00-7:45 pm.  It is wonderful to see so many different churches worshipping together.  Come and Join us at Jackson North Park Pavilion and be sure to bring a friend.

Scavenger Hunt

Back by popular demand... We will host a scavenger hunt Sunday, September 30. No one is too young or too old to get in on this fun event. Compete as a family or compete against your family - the choice is yours. We will split into teams that evening. We will meet in the church lobby beginning at 5:45 p.m. to get the game started at 6 p.m. Be sure to wear a Crossspoint shirt! (If you don't have one, see Pastor Thom.) Teams will receive a bonus point for each teammate sporting Crosspoint attire!  Winners will be announced by 8:00pm.  Call or text Jada Weiler at 330=685-2235 with questions.

Holy Yoga

Crosspoint is excited to offer Holy Yoga on the first Sunday of each month at 5pm, led by Angel Webster (www.angelwebster.com). Angel is a certified Holy Yoga teacher and leads several area classes.  Holy Yoga is a Christ centered practice that will help nourish your soul, while working your body through yoga. In her 60 min class you can experience moving through powerful and peaceful poses while listening to praise and worship music. All levels of student are welcome, suggested age of 10 and up. This is a pay-what-you-can class.  Our first Holy Yoga will be Sunday, Oct 7 at 5pm in the Youth Room. Contact Pastor Amy Price (330-904-1573) with questions.

Please pray for those who are struggling with health issues, for healing and recovery, for Barb Havens as she heals from surgery, for those who are dealing with and healing from grief, for those who are having medical testing, for those who are struggling with anxiety and depression, for parenting, for our children at school, for Jackson Children’s Academy as they begin this week at Crosspoint, for Crosspoint to continue to grow into what God is calling us to be.

The children are thankful for done growing a garden, rain, mom, Aiden’s garden survived, and a big family. They ask for God’s help with growing a garden next year, and staying a “good girl”.
