Refuge of Hope

We are supporting this mission by serving the meal on the first Thursday of each month.  They have changed the evening meal hours to 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.  So if you are planning to help, please try to be there at 4:15.  We typically need 10-12 people.  Our next meal is Thursday, November 2nd.  If you are able to help please contact Johnny Mayer at 330-592-3698 or mayerjm@sbcglobal.net

Busy Bags

Do you have a kiddo who gets restless during worship?  There are Busy Bags available in the entryway with crayons and activity sheets!  Please be sure to return it to the box after worship.

Breeze Sign Up

Our new online directory, Breeze, is up and running.  Have you signed up yet?  Everyone should have received an email in order to sign up.  If you did not receive an email, please send a request to Katy Hoffman at akatycookie@yahoo.com and she will send you a sign up email.  There are instruction flyers on the Information Table to help walk you through the process of signing up.  Also please note you will need to upload your own picture for the directory portion.  Feel free to choose a family or individual picture.  If you have any questions contact Katy.

Recycling Program

Have you noticed the green bin at the back of the parking lot?  Crosspoint is a drop spot for Paper and Cardboard recycling.  Every time they empty the bin we receive money for our mission projects.  So before you throw out that newspaper think about missions and drop it in the bin on Sundays.

Please pray for Stef Mayer as she continues to heal and recover as well as Johnny and Diana as they care for her, healing for Julia Neal with several health issues and pain, healing for Alan Neal with knee pain, Tara (Matt Kirkbride’s Cousin’s wife) who has stage four brain cancer, healing and recovery for those who are struggling with health issues, for difficult relationship issues, for work situations that are challenging, for healing from the pain of loss and grief, for safe travel, for healing of ongoing health issues, for help with difficulty dealing with depression, for those who are struggling with financial issues, for Crosspoint to continue to grow into what God is calling us to be.

The children are thankful for friends and family, Halloween, losing and getting teeth, haunted hayrides, parents helping to clean room, and rain. They ask for God’s help with Jackson’s dad’s marathon, world peace, percussion, Aiden getting his tooth out, school, and homework.
