Groundbreaking Party

This fall our Crosspoint Kids are going to DIG into the Bible!  Please join us for a "Groundbreaking Party" next Sunday, August 20th.  During worship we will have a time of prayer for our students and teachers.  The “Party” will begin immediately following worship.  Expect loads of fun, buckets of food, water games, dump tank, touch-a-truck and more!  Hardhats optional.  Everyone is welcome!

Name Tag Sunday

We worship together, but we do not always know each other’s name.  Next Sunday, August 20th, we will have a Name Tag Sunday.  As you enter worship please write your name on a name tag and put it on.  Then before and after worship we will have a chance to remind ourselves of names we have forgotten or learn the name of someone new.

Sunday School Starts in Two Weeks

Sunday School will resume for all kids and youth on Sunday, August 27 from 9:30-10:20am.  Please register your child at the Registration Table during the Groundbreaking Party.  Registrations can also be submitted to Amy Price at amyeprice85@gmail.com.

Bonfire & Parent Meeting

Students in grades 6-12 and their parents are invited to join us on Sunday, August 27 to kick off the new Youth Group season!  The youth will have a bonfire and share stories from the summer and the parents will hear from Youth Ministry professor and Adolescent Development expert Dr. Bill Quigley.  Contact Amy Price at amyeprice85@gmail.com or 330-904-1573 if you have any questions.

Busy Bags

Do you have a kiddo who gets restless during worship?  There are Busy Bags available in the entryway with crayons and activity sheets!  Please be sure to return it to the box after worship.

Crosspoint To Go!

Our culture is one of travel and adventure, which means during the summer, we aren't always in town for worship.  Maybe you visit another church by the beach or maybe you sleep in.  Either way, we have a special resource for you to worship in a fun and interactive way with your family during your summer roadtrip!  Your "Crosspoint To Go!" box includes a game, service project, prayer activity, helpful apps for kids, music for the long drive, and more!  Feel free to snap photos of your family worshipping together and post them using the hashtag #CrosspointToGo.  We have already seen Flat Jesus at variety of place.  Please keep the photos coming as we enter the last Week of Summer vacation.  Boxes are available after worship Today!

Please pray for Marty Baker as she has pre-surgery for some dental work as well as recovery after, wisdom of caretakers, and doctors. Pray for Krista Wilgus and family as her grandmother passed away, pray for those who are struggling with depression, for those who are healing and recovering, for those who are dealing with difficult family issues, for Crosspoint to continue to grow into what God is calling us to be.
